Refund policy
Little Buffalo Creek gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online or in store for a store credit (LBC gift card) within 15 days from the date you received your order. Sale/discounted/holiday items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To start a return, you can contact us at littlebuffalocreek@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return/exchange. If your return is accepted, it is the customers responsibility to mail the item(s) back to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us by text (903-505-6523) or by email at littlebuffalocreek@gmail.com.
Cancelled Orders
You have 24 hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Cancelling orders after 24 hours will result in receiving the refund via store credit (gift card).
If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel, please contact us via email and mail your order back to us at our warehouse address. Refund will be processed via store credit.
Pre-Orders
Please be advised that pre-orders are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
All pre-order items are clearly labeled as such in both the product title and description. Please note that estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are approximate and may vary within a two-week timeframe. If your order has not shipped within two weeks of the originally estimated delivery date, you may request a full refund by contacting us at littlebuffalocreek@gmail.com.
